You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental/guardian consent.

ProgressPal is a personal fitness and nutrition tracking application. You may use it only for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of the content you enter (workouts, nutrition logs, photos, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process it solely to provide and improve the App.

ProgressPal is not a medical application. All calorie targets, workout plans, AI coaching, and nutrition advice are for general informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

• Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or diet program.
• We are not liable for any injury, illness, or health issue resulting from your use of the App.

AI coaching and meal plan features are powered by DeepSeek. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You use these features at your own risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any AI output.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Upload viruses, harmful code, or offensive material
• Attempt unauthorized access to the App or other users' data

All code, design, features, and content of ProgressPal are owned by Stefan Ivanov and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

Premium features are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not process payments directly. Refunds are handled by the respective stores.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, or costs arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia.
